Eight I-TEC volunteers will be leaving from Harrisburg on Friday Oct. 5 for Zambia.  Those eight will meet four more in Atlanta and will travel to Amsterdam and on to Lusaka, Zambia, where they will meet the final four team members and will then head to the Zimba Wesleyan Hospital.  These sixteen will work on providing permanent, reliable power to the hospital complex.  The 40’ container referenced in the post below has arrived on site and is ready for the team to unload all of the conduit, wire, and generator and to begin the installation.  This project has been in the plans for many months, but is now imminent.  A blog has been started by the team and will be updated as often as possible throughout the time of the project.  As the team leaves we will update you through the blog.  Thank you for your prayers and for all of the help that has made this project a reality.
